In Kalundborg there are three student housing areas:
Kalundborg Dormitory
The former municipal hospital has been beautifully renovated and converted into modern student accommodation. The dormitory offers a variety of apartments and rooms, all with private bathrooms. Some units have their own kitchen, while others share a large, modern communal kitchen.
Residents also have access to attractive shared facilities, including common areas, table tennis, barbecue facilities, storage rooms, internet access, and central heating.

Mobilhouse
Affordable student apartments and shared accommodation are also available at Mobilhouse, a modern modular housing project designed for students and young professionals.

Rynkevangen
Rynkevangen is a new and attractive student housing area currently under development near Campus Kalundborg. The first housing options will be available for the start of the academic year in September 2026.
The area currently consists of two separate student housing projects:
Schibler
Modern 25 m² apartments with a private kitchen and bathroom, as well as access to a shared community building. The first apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy on October 15th 2026, while the remaining units are expected to be completed during spring 2027.
The apartments are being developed and managed by Schibler, while leasing is handled by the real estate agency Home.

Schibler Rynkevangen Student homes
For those who sign a lease for the first apartments available from October 15th 2026, there will be an opportunity to stay in temporary mobile homes on-site from the start of the academic year before 1 September until the apartments are ready for occupancy.

Wohn
Modern 23 m² apartments with private kitchen and bathroom. The first apartments are expected to be ready from February 2027, with construction continuing through August 2027.
